Meet Jane, a former table games player who’s now our Tournament Director. We met up with Jane to discuss her career path and how she managed to make the leap from playing poker to organizing tournaments for us.
"I used to play at your casino regularly," Jane told us. "I loved the atmosphere and the friendly staff, but I always had a passion for poker. After a while, I realized that I was spending more time thinking about rules, strategy, and tactics than actually enjoying the game." Next up is Mark, a former slot machine enthusiast who’s now a key player in our marketing team. We spoke with Mark about his journey from being a regular at our slots floor to developing marketing campaigns that attract new customers.
"I have to admit, I was quite the regular on the slots," Mark chuckled. "My friends would always joke that I spent more time playing than anyone else! But as much as I enjoyed it, I knew there had to be more to life."
Mark’s interest in marketing began while still a player at our casino. He noticed how effectively certain promotions and offers lured him back for another session. Intrigued, he started researching the industry, taking online courses, and attending seminars.
"I realized that what really mattered was understanding people – their motivations, preferences, and behaviors," Mark explained. "As I delved deeper into marketing, I saw opportunities to combine my passion for slots with a desire to create engaging experiences for others."
With his newfound skills, Mark joined our marketing team as a junior coordinator, helping develop campaigns and promotions across various channels. His creative ideas and ability to analyze data quickly earned him recognition within the department.
"Mark’s a genius," said his supervisor. "He understands exactly what drives player behavior and has developed some truly innovative campaigns that have greatly increased our customer base."
From Security Guard to Slot Operations Manager

From Dealers to Floor Supervisors
We also wanted to highlight a few dealers who made the leap from the table games floor to become floor supervisors. These individuals have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, ability to multitask, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
"We’ve seen several dealers excel in their roles as floor supervisors," said one of our senior managers. "They bring a unique understanding of player dynamics and can navigate complex situations with ease."
One such dealer is Alex, who’s now overseeing the table games floor at our flagship location. We spoke with Alex about his transition from dealing to supervising.
"I loved my time as a dealer – it was fast-paced and required quick thinking," Alex said. "But I felt like there was more for me to give. When the opportunity arose to become a floor supervisor, I jumped at it."
